Basic phones customers: Carryover of current service plan benefits, including your balance of minutes, texts, and data, is only available when upgrading to another Basic Phone. To keep your current service plan benefits, you will need to contact our Customer Service team at 1-877-836-2368. Upgrading to Smartphone devices will require an Unlimited Plan and upon your activation of an Unlimited Plan, any unused minutes, texts, and data carried over from your current service plan will be cleared from your account and replaced with the service plan benefits provided under your new Unlimited Plan.

If you got your new phone (or SIM) from our online store, text∆ the word ONESTEP to 611611 6 1 1 6 1 1 from your old phone and follow the prompts. If you got your new phone or SIM at a local retail store, follow the instructions that came in your package to transfer your service to your new device.
